This was a piece I made for Intro to Computer Art in Spring 2020. The idea of the project was to represent passage through an animated GIF and I felt that a day/night transition would be perfect to portray. I also wanted to use a city setting, as I felt that these type of locations are, in my opinion, the best to see this type of passage. There are also 24/25 frames in this GIF, representing a 24-hour loop, with each frame representing one hour. One of the things I especially enjoyed when making this was altering the colors based on the time in each frame.
